It's an open website that anyone who is interested can create an account and participate. Acting like "no one invited the women" is ridiculous.

There have been female posters on the boards throughout the years.

If you feel they need to be invited, then send a link to all the female grads you know and tell them we need help here getting a woman's perspective on things.
