meant by the word "Invite"...as in creating a welcoming environment...i.e. a respectful Open Forum that values diverse opinions and points of view...in this case, female perspectives.

Clearly, that's not the current condition within this Forum...and all of us are the worse for not having such input. So stop avoiding the real issue...and behave like an adult who not only respects women's opinions here, but "fights for" them.
