If you truly believe they are misogynists, wanting them to create a welcoming environment for women is never going to happen. If that's how you meant it, I don't see why you would bother saying it, you couldn't possibly believe that's going to happen.

Again, this is an open forum that anyone can find and participate in, that has basically turned into a politics forum. The main purpose of the site has always been Notre Dame football. If you don't think enough women are here, it's much more likely that they aren't actually looking for a site like this, rather than the content on the open forum being "unattractive" or "unwelcoming."

If I was trying to get the point across that you claim you were, I would have phrased it as " be more inviting" rather than "invite" as it leads people to the conclusion you wanted much easier. You're on a text forum, no one is trying to read into what you type for deeper meaning, there are no book reports required here.
