That's huge change. Every new middle class household generated annually from their 136 billions export to US can afford to buy certain US products. They're a 100 millions country. The potential is huge.
One more point, most of their 136 billions export to US are actually from China, i.e. they are actually China to US export. Vietnam is the beneficiary of US China trade war. They simply assemble ( even just package) the products from China and then export them to US. Trump certainly will address this issue during negotiation.
