I would tell them that I need to complete my work, and they would be understanding and wait.

I am not an ICE agent, so I would not presume to do their work.

I also have to chuckle at how you try to draw an equivalence between an innocent mother having a baby, and a hardened criminal who was deported once already by the Bamster, and was beating and choking his wife and his girlfriend. THAT is who this liberal judge helped escape as she decided to act as the supreme power above all law.
She put citizens at risk as well as law enforcement agents because of her hubris.
