This is 101.

No matter how many anti-Trump propaganda pieces you post everyday, it won't change the 101. Trump is softening his tone which is just about talk. China is taking actions, will lower some tarriffs on some US exports. Looks like both sides will negotiate. Once there is a negotiation, the new deal after negotiation will definitely be better for US than old one. Trump accomplished it in Trump 1.0 and will accomplish it again in Trump 2.0.
