Hensou isn't against ethics, but this office hasn't been what it's name has implied.
Whose ethics? Who is targeted and who is not (Bob Menendez only after he wandered off the Dem Party Line Reservation does not count)? What results has it shown for the money invested in it?
Just naming something the "office of ethics" doesn't make it so.
You may wish to argue for the office, but you know full well that Hensou and others supporting this are not really against ethics. They want the Biden/Obama deep state and all of their tools removed and see this as one more of them. Feel free to argue your case, but understand that your party has earned their deep distrust.
