....there is nothing obvious about that meaning other than he says. But I'm willing to consider it a very unfortunate choice of sentence construction (given the history of the issue with him) if he says he's a she and not a he. Otherwise, I plan to honor her pronoun. :)
Regarding Chinese troops, I specifically told you that I mixed up the troop numbers from the Jan /25 thread here on the forum. It was about 13k Chinese troops participating in a "cold weather military "conference" < cough 'bullshit' cough > that Trudeau encouraged.
The total Canadian military has about 22k troops - I merely misassigned the 22k to Chiese troops rather than Canadian, but 13k is a lot of troops getting training in conditions to someday potentially fight us in made available by our "great" ally Justin Trudeau.
