Both have been extensively tested with control populations.
The new law - uh, I mean executive action - would mandate new tests EVERY YEAR, despite the fact that it is essentially the same vaccine with minor adjustments.
Which would make it impossible to get the vaccines out in time for flu and Covid seasons.
The administration needs control over everything, and if it kills people, they don’t give two shits.
