Turns out, he was giving the finding to ECOHEALTH intermediary to do the GOF in WuhanLabi China.

He lied to Congress. His statement was meant to mislead. The article from Newsweek is linked.

Trump has cleaned this up as Fauci escaped Justice with an AutoPen Biden pardon .
