What Trump did to Ms Carroll (i.e. penetration of her vagina with his finger) qualifies as Rape in Federal Government and many States (including Florida) legal statutes for that offense...and the State of New York subsequently amended it's own law to include that detail.
Trump is in fact a Rapist...and as his "Access Hollywood" tape reveals, he's happily and un-repentantly done it more than once.
