You all should take the time to listen to this entire interview. It is well worth your time. I won’t try to summarize it all, but the key part came at the end. Yes, we have $38 trillion in debt. However, not one person in the world can tell us what the other side of the ledger says. Meaning no one can tell us how many assets the federal government has. That changes with this administration and Doug Bergum. In this regard, the department of interior is going to put a number on all of the land, mineral, fossil fuel, lumber and other assets held by the federal government. On and offshore. It will then come up with a plan to monetize those assets to reduce our national debt. It is possible that our assets are triple what our debt is so think about that for a minute.
