Does she have to know everything her lawyers know? Ipso facto? Mutatis mutandis? Res ipsa loquitur?

If so, then I would love to have seen then-President Joe Biden define habeas corpus. He couldn't even quote the best known portion of the Declaration of Independence: "We hold these truths to be self-evident. All men and women created by — you know, you know, the thing.” Noem should have just finished with "you know the thing." Would have gotten a pretty good laugh, I would think.
