Emotional and Incendiary issues like the Hamas attack on Israelis combined with Bibi Netanyahu's genocidal attempt to create a "One State Solution" (Israel) are going to bring out the extremists on both sides every time...Universities do their best to ensure all voices can be heard, while protecting people and properties safe from harm...it ain't easy. So don't go throwing the Baby out with the Bathwater by trying to intimidate much needed Universities' Freedom of Speech.

Remember that back in the late 60's, our own Fr. Ted stood up for Free Speech by protesters, while at the same time ensuring that the functions of the University were not disrupted. Again, this dynamic is sure to be repeated in the future and we'll survive it...but not if a Dictator Wannabe, like Donald Trump, is allowed to use it squelch dissent against him from Universities...you have to know, given his admiration for Despots all over the globe, that's what he really trying to do here.
