They are not detained for their previous crime because they fled after their crime, and because ICE is blocked from effectively pursuing them in Sanctuary areas, they continue to prowl.
4) Yes, illegal criminals are released back onto the streets rather than be detained all to often. Many are released for a trial date - and most "no show" for the court date but continue to prowl in the sanctuary area relatively safe from ICE..........and then sometimes they are just released.....here is just one recent example WITH video.....
