As Adam Carolla put it: he's either the a journalist who is horribly bad at his job or he was lying for Biden. There is no middle ground.

I don't know much about this Alex Thompson guy, but I kind of feel sorry for him as he has to sit there in all these interviews and hardly get asked a question.
