The media knows they are Antifaschistische Aktion Socialist thugs (either that or hair-bun wearing medical-grade morons), so they know not to let them in front of a camera. In fact, the protestors have been told not to be interviewed ... which is a very peculiar way to exercise their free speech rights...they don't actually want to speak.
Instead, the media just creates a narrative that they think the Democrats can use.
