Dr. Fauci was speaking about masking at a time when we did not have evidence that up to 40% of COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) infected people had no symptoms...just like SARS-CoV-(1), so the general public didn't need them...just medical personnel...in large measure because Trump failed to replenish the nation's emergency stores of N95/KN95 respirator masks and ventilators. Once it was conclusively determined that unsympathetic people were infected to that degree, Tony Fauci IMMEDIATELY sounded the alarm and called for all persons to wear masks...unlike DJT who was still "Downplaying" the pandemic.

Do yourself a favor and stop listening to Baron (who btw, required masking for his patients and staff, according to him), who is a certified hypocrite.
