Zelensky's unexpected FU to his benefactors a few months ago delayed this process by bringing further support of Ukraine into question and weakening chances of getting Russia to compromise at the negotiation table.. Now it's time to make shit real to Russia and here is how.....

1) NATO is now beefing up with 5% GDP promises
2) Russia has lost a significant supplier in their war effort..ie Iran
3) Convince the Eurotrash to buy US oil in place of Russian and undercut his economy further.
4) Make a threat to help out Ukraine in way that scares Putin (not sure what this would be, probably some tech that they can't counter) - but keep away from real risk of being drawn into this disaster.

In addition to eliminating the Iranian nuclear threat, the US also sent Russia and China a clear message: Don't mess with Trump, he will pull the trigger if he feels it's warranted. I think that now is the time while the iron is hot from that example to press Russia.
(and this assumes that the Camo Boy dictator Z keeps his mouth shut or then we should press to have him replaced).
