Yes. And I maintain that the best way to fix this is through the tax code.

Obviously, I'm a conservative. But simplifying the tax code so that the brackets are more straightforward and billionaires are paying a higher marginal tax rate is a good thing that I think most billionaires would generally agree with. And hand-in-hand, let's expand the Earned Income Credit so that individuals and households in the lowest brackets have more money to spend, save, and invest.

We don't need to make it so that everyone believes they have a real opportunity to become Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk. But we do want them to feel like they have a realistic chance of upward class mobility.
