here in the USA that's only getting worse. In the years following WWII we had extremely high tax rates (up to 90%) on the wealthiest Americans, yet the country thrived...and factory workers were able to afford vacation cabins on the Jersey shore...all within a Capitalist Economy...that had rules to ensure that ALL members benefited.
