And your entire point is stupid. PEPFAR being in place or not has no impact on what you pay in taxes. You would pay the same either way, with or without it.
The only thing unusual and I would say Christian about it is it’s a rare instance when we have come together as a people and said we are going to this not cause it helps us or even our country but because it’s the right and humane thing to do.
