The ID law suspensions in key battleground states combined with a sophisticated ballot harvesting program and innaccurate voter rolls allowed cheating with no provable evidence - the voter roll exists as it is (dead people, people who moved, etc) and such votes do not turn up on your study.
In MI, Whitmer & Jocelyn Benson resisted R requests to update the roll.
Fake names on roll, ballots mailed out to harvesters, ballots entered and counted - all looks legal…..(before COVID +harvesting, these ballots would simply have gone unused.
