Why didn't Mueller charge them with the specific crime of collusion (that doesn't exist)?

There is zero evidence anyone "colluded" with Russian hackers or WikiLeaks on the Podesta spearfishing operation that was a result of incompetence.

Manafort was essentially running a Hunter Biden scheme. Manafort was attempting to profit on his position in the campaign, everything he was charged with was related to this graft

"The Mueller report found that Manafort shared polling data with Kilimnik but couldn't definitively determine the purpose or what Kilimnik did with it, partly due to questions about Manafort's credibility. The Senate Intelligence Committee's report also stated Manafort sought to pass sensitive polling data and strategy to Kilimnik, identified as a Russian intelligence officer, but couldn't confirm the reason or what happened to the information. "

You're starting from a conclusion and trying to find supporting evidence, while ignoring or denying all other evidence. You even made up a "specific crime" which doesn't exist, but supports the bullshit that you really, really wish was true.
