the Capitalist economy...i.e. 'Competition'...and it's up to Lawmakers...and Bureaucrats (including those with law degrees) to break up those Monopolies...not unlike what President Carter did by installing Judge Greene to oversee and finally complete the breakup of AT&T. Now that's what I'd call a "Real Job" that benefits every American.
This is just one example. As for dealing with "too much" bureaucracy, I direct your attention to the Clinton administration that not only cut government spending, but produced a budget SURPLUS...all without dismantling any of our critical governmental infrastructure...like nuclear weapons management.
