among EPL teams last season in my eyes because of their offense (Chelsea's attack is beautiful too). Yes, they scored a lot, but still significantly less than City. But the way they attack is enjoyable to watch. Their coach is truly a master, #1 coach last season in my view. I think except ignorant sport fans who probably don't understand any sport anyway, most American fans accept low-scoring game, as evidenced by their love on hockey, an average 5-6 goal per game sport. My proposal promote more diversified offense which may lead to more goals, but not narrowly for the purpose of scoring more goals. More points? Yes. More goals? not necessary. Widening goal allows more goals, but reform of penalty kick will reduce number of goals. They may offset to each other. LOL.
