shooting didn't result in a homicide...the victim, Nick Deligianis, recovered and later passed away at age 70...btw, Nick told the sheriff it was an accident due to the teens getting high and playing around with guns. Mel Witherspoon's telling of that experience was a cautionary tale for those who get caught up with the wrong people...he's trying to help others...not advocate for violence.
