A ton of laziness and standard acceptance of it. Garbage inbounds passes, garbage one-handed passes, putrid efforts on defense, pouting at refs and against teammates and own coaches. In fact, this is really the same phenomenon as noted in the acceptance of mediocrity in film article I posted. Just acceptance of prima donna laziness.
