What wasn't an outright lie was weak sauce, with a capital WEAK. It was written by five CIA guys hand-picked by Brennan. And even they revolted over some of the garbage he made them include. The notion that this was an "intelligence community" exercise is complete bullshit. The ONLY reason it was kept classified for so long was because it is so embarrassingly bereft of substance.
The whole point of this exercise-in-fiction-writing was to wreck a US President. People (Brennan and Comey) should go to jail for this, but I'm sure these swamp denizens will find a way to weasel out of accountability. A truly shameful episode in American history.
