My answer is that the GOP-led Senate Intelligence Committee laid out all the facts they found...

something like 996 pages in Vpl. 5 alone...but their task was not to make a Criminal Finding...that's for the Justice Department...and the term "Collusion", to many, implies another term, such as "Conspiracy" which is extremely difficult to prove in court given the need for identifying the "Conspirators". This is why the "RICO Statute" was created... for cases where "Mob Bosses" get underlings to do all the dirty "Conspiratorial" work and shield themselves from direct involvement...surely, you've heard of those scenarios.

This is one of those "RICO-Like" cases...Trump and Putin knew exactly what Paul Manafort and Konstantin Kilimnik were up to (note: DJT personally signs every check over $10K...like to Michael Cohen for payment to Stormy Daniels).

Not sure if you read my previous post with the "Lawfare" summary attached...they do a better job of explaining that the Senate Intelligence Committee uncovered hundreds of interactions between the Trump Campaign and Russia...that sure "Looked" and "Walked" like Collusions...:-)

From that article...Whether one describes this activity as collusion or not, there’s a lot of it: The report describes hundreds of actions by Trump, his campaign, and his associates in the run-up to the 2016 election that involve some degree of participation by Trump or his associates in Russian activity. In this post

Bottom line...no way on God's green earth that GOP members of that committee are going to use words that incriminate Donald Trump...they just laid out the facts that prove it. Now if one of the names involved was Hunter Biden...you'd spitting out "Collusion!...Collusion!...Collusion!"...all day long...don't deny it.

But just for fun now...shock me and answer my question...What do you call Trump Campaign Manager, Paul Manafort, handing internal polling data to Russian operative, Konstantin Kilimnik prior to the 2016 election?
