A true story from my neck of the woods.

Back in the 90s up here. A judge decided a serial rapist from the county who did maybe a decade in the state institution for the criminally insane was worthy of release. He was to be released into one of the counties where he committed his crimes. Where would they release him? To the judge's neighborhood? To neighborhood of the white libs who make these releases possible? Nay. They were to release him to live in a trailer park outside of town, where kids lived. Stick him next to the poor people. Nobody listen to them, right?
