Bottom Line...in the real world, it's sometimes literally impossible...and in many others, extremely difficult...but Republicans know this, which is why they push for such laws...even though the risk of voter fraud due to no Photo ID is minuscule and hasn't affected any elections. What is certain, is that millions of voters, especially millions of elderly minority voters, can be kept from voting.
