There's a difference between EOs and Congressionally authorized laws...most importantly, providing FUNDING for Staff to process immigrants already here and those entering in 6 months rather than 6+ years...and capital equipment, such as HIgh-Speed Fentanyl Scanners at checkpoints like Laredo, Texas, for all of the 10,000 cars and trucks that enter the U.S. every day. NONE of that is being done by Trump with his EOs.

Now...back to the bipartisan Senate Immigration Bill...it addressed all the issues Trump's 2019 missive asked for..."And More"...e.g. 1,500 CBP officers vs. 750 ...
