And before you look too quickly at the graph I posted, this is a graph from the 1990’s through 2018.

There has been a sharp rise since then.
Yes, I know about COVID.
No, a slight decrease to a still way to high level post COVID is not acceptable…..at least not to the victims and those who live in fear.
