When I hear the phrase "wants to provoke civil unrest" my mind immediately goes to 3 instances of civil unrest over the last 5 years:
1. The mostly peaceful BLM Riots
2. The pro-Hamas student barricades on college campuses.
3. The firebombing of Teslas, chargers and dealerships.
Is it your POV, that these actions are being provoked by the reaction to the civil unrest?
For example, is enforcing federal immigration law a provocation?
Another example, the guy who threw the sandwich, was he provoked by the ICE person doing their job in uniform?
