Truth is, any area in Chicago can be bad area, especially after dark. That city has an education problem. A mayor problem. A media problem. A city council problem. A parent problem. A governor problem. A voter problem. A shortage of police problem. A COPA problem. A collar county problem. It's all there. It will never get better. No opposing party. People are leaving in droves to Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Tennessee.
