my apologies for having to interpret your comment...but it reads...'you believe Biden and Harris are responsible for this war...i.e. Putin's attack on Ukraine'... Now you say they didn't prevent...or somehow Stop, Putin from attacking...as if Putin would bend to any U.S. President when he's already annexed Crimea with a sneak attack and clearly wants the rest of Ukraine.
Note that I've posted evidence of Biden providing all-important Javelin anti-tank missiles...and training Ukrainian soldiers on how to use them...in 2021...and also shipping many more right after Putin's attack began...it made all the difference in saving Kiev and the large majority of Ukrainian land.
