That short clip was in answer to the last question of Mandy Cohen at Duke University's Med School, where she was sharing her career experiences as head of North Carolina's Health Agency, the CDC and a private business enterprise. Below is the entire ~45 minute session, and while everyone should watch all of it, that's very unlikely...especially for MAGAs...so go to, let's say the 40:00 mark and get a sense of context for her later comments which illuminated for me the challenges states had (btw, her comments related to when she was NC's HC Director) due to DJT's total failure to heed the "Pandemic Preparedness Plan" that the Obama administration left for Trump...i.e. for 3 years Trump's admin didn't replenish N95/KN95 Masks, or Ventilators, etc. thus causing Total Chaos for all the State HC Directors...like Mandy Cohenl......THAT's what she is talking about in that clip...how to lower the extreme pressure amongst states COMPETING with each other for desperately needed PPE equipment, etc. for their citizens health and lives.

Note also, that Mandy Cohen is light years more intelligent and committed to public health than DJT , and certainly RFK Jr.
