effort afore hand to do the 'right thing' wrt to their status. Also, look at the attached Wiki Summary (with references) for the long list of improper treatment on U.S. citizens who happen to have Hispanic backgrounds, and 'accents'...

This administration has a very loose connection to our laws and Constitution...basically, they do what they want and let their own DOJ deal with any 'Complaints'.
