His premise is that his constituents, regardless of party, have a range of viewpoints on issues that do not align 100% with their party.
So he purposely avoids parroting party bullet points. He just keeps the conversation about his neighbors and Maine community.
Graham is very astute.
Graham is a candidate who will draw votes from Republicans and Independents.
