All life is precious - even guilty life (perhaps most especially guilty life since martyrs such as the pure catholic school children gunned down while praying in mass or unborn children aborted by those seeking convenience have secured eternal life in heaven while the killers are facing eternal damnation for their mortal sins unless they repent sincerely which is much less likely if they are killed for their actions with less time to reflect).
