His statement wasn't a joke, it was a statement of fact and delivered as such.

Public airwaves require not working against the interests of the public good.

But again, nothing was done since ABC saw the problem as well.

Stop expecting your own specially funded propaganda networks - you aren't special.

Find a company to support his false propaganda and lies on cable...they have a different set of rules as they are not publicly owned.
