I think I have a new favorite Executive Order

My two previous favorites were:
1.) Banning Paper Straws
2.) Banning low flow shower heads

This one actually gets resets the calculus on H1-B visas. Responsible users of H1-Bs will pay this, but the abusers line Cognizant will have to change their ways.
