I am curious where you draw the line. Would you borrow to help all 8.3 billion people in the world? Or, just some of them?

What happens when the dollar collapses? Who will help future generations? Do we have an obligation to keep the United States fiscally healthy so we can help future generations as well as current ones? Or, do we just destroy our nation with debt to help non-citizens around the world now?
