So Trump's America was responsible for unruly crowds in 1999? 2002? Even 1962?

Colin Montgomerie was subject to such vile abuse in 1999 at Brookline that Payne Stewart conceded the match. In 2002 the crowds at the Bethpage U.S. Open were so bad Sergio Garcia flipped them off.

Oh, and lest we think earlier times were better, during the 1962 U.S. Open playoff, Oakmont galleries made numerous crude remarks towards Jack Nicklaus, complete with stomping their feet while he putted. Arnie was totally embarrassed by them.
