of which are already manufactured,,, BUT not being installed by the Trump administration...Amazing, since they allow the CBP to screen thousands of vehicles quickly instead of randomly selecting one or two vehicles at a time. That's effectively 'Keeping the Border Open' to Fentanyl trafficking, when they could be dramatically closing it. WHY?
