This story slipped under radar. Stellantis moving 13B production line(5k jobs) to Ill from Ontario.

There is a steadily increasing trickle effect beginning to hit Canada as they continue to insist on unequal tariffs and trade deals to their advantage. They cannot argue the fairness of "reciprocal tariffs" as Trump wants, but they have become dependent on the gravy train as they slip further and further into a socialist state.

This is why the Canadian PM is back to the bargaining table. This is also why it is incredibly stupid of Ontario's Premiere Ford to piece together false ads via editing of Ronald Reagan to be aired during the World Series.
