First, he continues to say that Russia and China were testing nukes. They weren't.
Then he always says we have the most nukes. We don't.
He also always (always!) lies and says he upgraded our arsenal in his first term. He didn't. Straight-up lie.
And he directed the "Dept of War" to test nukes. But, as readers of this article might note, nukes are controlled by our Dept of Energy.
The man is a moron, and he knows his followers are even bigger morons.
