The deal has its good points and bad points…

I like the use of frozen Russian cash used to rebuild the Ukraine. The security “guarantee” is lacking as no peace keeping troops will be allowed in the Ukraine. After reading the plan, the parts of Donbas that are still under Ukrainian control will be used as a “buffer zone. Not sure if Zelensky and NATO will get behind that. I don’t mind the reduction of the Ukrainian military. I wouldn’t want to face ‘em again, either if I was a Russian savage.

I don’t like Russia benefiting from this savagery, but it seems both sides are going to have to cave to a certain extreme. We shall see if this deal is accepted.
