Obamacare was never imagined as the "End Game"...much more needs to be done to get our HC costs cut in half...like virtually every other developed nation on this planet. The "For Profit" HC model is clearly not working.
Once again, if you're really interested/concerned, at least do some reading on the topic...e.g. "America's Bitter Pill" by Steven Brill...and check out his recommendations for the future.
